Tutoring and matching

Can I choose or change my tutor?
Tutor matching depends on availability, subject area, and the type of support you need. If you are already working with a tutor and the fit does not feel right, let us know. We will adjust your tutor assignment when another option is available.

Plans and scheduling

Can I change my plan?
Yes. If your schedule, exam timeline, or support needs change, you can request to move between support levels. Plan changes depend on tutor availability and available spots.
What happens if I miss a tutoring session?
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session may still count as used. If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help you reschedule when possible.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We ask students to request schedule changes at least 24 hours prior to their session. Rescheduling depends on tutor availability and cannot always be guaranteed. The goal is to stay flexible while also respecting tutor time and keeping groups organized.

Getting started

Does joining the waitlist mean I am automatically enrolled?
No. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you automatically or require payment. It helps us understand what kind of support you need so we can reach out when a suitable spot becomes available.

Free resources and practice

How often are free resources added?
Free resources are added monthly as new practice questions, rationales, and study materials are developed. The goal is to keep expanding resources for TEAS and HESI A2 topics.
Does the practice save my progress?
At this stage, free practice resources do not save progress automatically. As MrMurse grows, a full website dashboard is planned to make tracking progress easier. For paid support, your weekly workflow helps organize your practice results, feedback, and next steps.
